You will help develop strategies that help us continue to grow and excel in supporting client success./ppYour day-to-day:/pulliStrategy: Partner with local leadership and staff to identify market trends and potential clients, and develop strategies that help achieve individual and office-wide sales and net revenue goals. Identify cross-region clients and develop strategies for developing clients at the regional level./liliBusiness Development: Represent SME in the local markets in ways that enhance existing client relationships, win new clients, and increase SMEs profile in the local markets. Maintain active involvement in professional associations for networking and growth./liliMarketing: Coordinate marketing activities and sponsorship opportunities, and help organize local events and social media campaigns./liliProposals / Requests for Qualifications: Assist in developing letters of interest, proposals, responses to RFQs, and interview presentations./liliTrain: Help project managers and other staff strengthen their business development skills./liliLead: Participate in and lead regular Business Development meetings to ensure ongoing and effective implementation of the strategy./li/ulpCompetitive applicants will have a proven track record of success in researching, prospecting, and scheduling face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers and influencers, and can point to specific business outcomes resulting from their activities.
