Community Relations Program Administrator

Contract role for 3 months with possibility of extension Location: 200 Stevens Drive, Philadelphia PA 19113 Only local candidates Rate: 25-27/hr

The primary purpose of the job is to: The Community Relations Program Administrator will be responsible for developing relationships with local and regional organizations. The CRPA will build community coalitions and promote awareness to specific Medicare/Medicaid population. The CRPA will be responsible for the community relations, business development and sales in the AmeriHealth VIP (Lehigh, Lancaster, and North Hampton) and Keystone VIP Choice (Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware. The CRPA will develop, implement and execute events, programs and training curriculums for the regional Sales division. The CRPA will manage the process for CMS approval and reporting for approved marketing strategies, events and sales presentations to eligibles in the service area according to prescribed rules and regulations. Responsible for helping to achieve state-wide membership goals and the assured delivery of plan-defined messages to Medicaid/Medicare beneficiaries and plan members throughout plan service areas in accordance with ACFC's annual marketing and communications plan. Develops and implements Marketing Plan tactics to include special events targeted at community education. The CRPA is responsible for moderating user generated content that appears and escalating any issues to the appropriate internal/client teams. Ensures compliance of event submissions and CMS approval and reporting for sales activities. Manage and implements face-to-face education and outreach sessions/workshops for members and potential members. Oversee the maintenance of an inventory of services provided by organizations and shares database with appropriate departments within the company for referral purposes. Conducts orientations and other educational presentations to organizations, members and potential members. Collaborate with Network Management staff to offer member education programs in provider practices. Ensures compliance with the policies of the company, federal and state laws; assists other departments in complying with state and federal laws. Oversees operation and development of the regional plan's community outreach facilities. Assures that positive relationships are maintained with targeted regional and local and state-wide organizations to influence their constituents and offer beneficial services to our members. Assures that organizations are educated about the company's mission. Maintains a regular schedule of contact with organizations. Identifies opportunities for participation in joint programs.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Current relationships & contacts w/ targeted community organizations, including regional, local, state &federal agencies Strong understanding of dual eligible (Medicaid/Medicare) populations Bilingual candidate(preferred) Current Accident and Health Insurance license

Education: Bachelor's Degree(preferred) or equivalent work experience within targeted communities Valid driver's license and mode of transportation
