Responsibilities:
- Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
- Must be willing to cover weekends if needed as back-up
- Help recruiting and candidate interviews
- Client and caregiver documentation in scheduling software
- Responds to questions regarding client and caregiver needs
- Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
- Maintain computer schedules
- Office duties
- Maintain confidentiality of all information
Requirements:
- Experience Home care and Scheduling experience preferred but not required
- Skills Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
- Characteristics Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close team environment
