McAlvain Companies is seeking a motivated Project Manager of Civil Construction projects in the Boise, ID area. As a McAlvain Companies Civil Project Manager, you will bring enthusiasm and energy to your work, build long-lasting relationships and guide a team of construction professionals along their career paths. This individual will be integral to the daily success of our projects, ensuring all contractual requirements are achieved while meeting the safety, budget and schedule goals.
The right candidate will have a degree in engineering or construction management with experience as a Construction Project Manager on similar projects greater than $10-Mil in construction value, and five years supervising construction activities with the ability to supervise teams. This individual will thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate success in managing complex civil projects.
