We are seeking a Project Manager to join our operations team. This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of AV integration projects. Working alongside senior project management staff, you will help coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Installation, and Service to ensure successful project outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with foundational project management experience who is looking to grow their career in the AV integration industry.

3+ years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in AV, IT, or construction
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Willingness to learn AV technology, unified communications, and low-voltage systems
CAPM, Project+, or CTS certification is a plus but not required
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
Base salary dependent on experience
