Our mission is to enable our clients (e-commerce, retail, press, associations, automotive, etc.) to exploit the full potential of their data to optimize their acquisition and loyalty campaigns (acquisition targeting, scoring, segmentation, CRM, profiling, etc.).

Account Manager is a key commercial role within our team, focused on managing and developing an existing client portfolio. The position aims to precisely identify the marketing needs of our clients and to propose tailored data and direct marketing solutions, in a consulting and loyalty approach.

Main missions and key responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationship and loyalty of the existing portfolio, being a proactive and privileged interlocutor.
  • Identify and anticipate client needs to develop tailored data and direct marketing solutions.
  • Participate actively in the commercial development of existing accounts, seeking to increase their value and engagement.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of each order, from contract signing to service delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Commerce, Studies, Production, ADV, Project Team) to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the proposed solutions.
  • Participate in the evolution of Choreograph products and services by providing feedback and client needs.
  • Stay constantly informed of the evolutions of the sector of activity of our clients to provide informed advice.

Main interactions:

  • Internal: Commercial Teams, Studies, Production, ADV, Project Team.
  • External: Clients, Agencies.

Work environment: You will join a cohesive sales team of 3 Account Managers, benefiting from the support of a dedicated ADV team. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative.

Tools used: ERP Odoo, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Profile sought:

We are looking for an autonomous and proactive professional, capable of establishing themselves as a true partner for our clients.

Professional experience required:

  • Between 4 and 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Type(s) of company/sector(s): Experience in the data sector, direct marketing and/or with advertisers in VAD, retail or digital.
  • Specific skills: Strong understanding of marketing and data, with the ability to combine them for client solutions.

Education and degrees:

  • Minimum level of studies: Bac + 3 minimum.
  • Specific field(s) of study: Higher education in commerce or marketing.

Technical skills (Hard Skills):

  • Essential: Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Behavioral skills (Soft Skills): The 3 most important qualities to succeed in this position:

  1. Ability to manage multiple files at once.
  2. Autonomy.
  3. Reactivity / Proactivity.

Foreign languages required:

  • Language: English
  • Required level: Current (B2)
