Project Manager

We have been retained by our client, a growing commercial general contractor in the Mobile, AL area, to find a project manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.

Duties:

• Oversee the entire construction process and ensure completion according to client specifications
• Plan and monitor construction activities for workforce throughout project
• Responsible for project financials, contracts and documentation
• Act as the company liaison for the customer
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related discipline is preferred
• Recent commercial construction project management experience
• Large construction company experience
• Experience with construction management software
