Hold daily/monthly production meeting with team
Establish and maintain standard company protocol for sales tours and price presentation
Maintain and direct training and development of staff
Must be bilingual
Mechanically inclined preferred
Open availability, able to work evenings and every weekend
Must be able to work outdoors as needed
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
