We are looking for a talented Controller to join our fast-paced team and take charge of our financial operations. This role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes, as well as providing strategic financial management insights to drive business success. Key responsibilities include preparing timely and accurate financial statements, developing financial reports and analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, leading the budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring budget performance, conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, providing insightful financial recommendations to management, establishing and maintaining internal controls, continuously assessing and improving financial processes, leading and mentoring the finance team, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role, strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advanced analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
