Surety Hotel is seeking an Area Director of Finance to lead all accounting and financial operations for our 137-room Autograph Collection hotel in downtown Des Moines. With Aparium's expanding portfolio, this role includes a defined growth path to expand oversight to the Millwork Hotel in Omaha (opening in 2027). As Millwork comes online, this position will assume area-level responsibility for both Surety Hotel and Millwork Hotel, providing financial leadership in Des Moines and Omaha.
This position serves as a key business partner to the General Manager, Executive Committee, and Aparium Finance teambalancing strategic financial leadership with hands-on execution. You will be the go-to resource for financial guidance, compliance, and education across the hotel.
