  • Contracts & Commercial Management: Oversee negotiation, execution, and administration of major contracts and subcontracts. Support claim prevention and resolution strategies to protect the company's commercial interests.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, corporate leadership, and external partners. Foster transparent communication, proactive issue resolution, and long-term relationship development.
  • Change & Risk Management: Lead formal change management processes, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule impacts are fully assessed and approved. Identify, quantify, and mitigate project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing project team encompassing engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning disciplines. Encourage collaboration, accountability, and professional growth within the organization.
  • Reporting & Governance: Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent reporting of project performance, forecasting, and key metrics to corporate management and clients.
  • Commitment: Maintain a strong on-site presence and demonstrate commitment to execution excellence, quality, and team leadership. Overtime and travel may be required to meet project objectives.
