Our client offers a complete range of construction services for a mix of small to large scale commercial projects - specializing in K-12 construction projects. They have a proven track record in the construction industry and have become one of the top general contractors in the Indianapolis area.
Lead commercial ground up projects from inception through completion. Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety. Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools. Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement. Deliver projects ranging from $15M+ within a strong pipeline.

The successful applicant will have 6+ years of experience in Construction Project Management. Experience with education/public projects is a MUST. Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical. Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings. Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
Base salary up to $140K+ based on level of experience. 3 weeks PTO. Strong car allowance. Comprehensive healthcare package. Strong bonus program. 401K + Company match.
