Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate holds:
Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3+ years of Project Management experience within feed manufacturing, grain handling, milling, livestock nutrition, agriculture processing, or a closely related industry.
Experience managing capital (CapEx) projects from concept through completion.
Proven ability to develop project scopes, manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee project execution.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership, facility managers, contractors, and vendors.
Ability to travel approximately 40% overnight to support projects across multiple locations.
Location & Travel:
This position can be based in the Oklahoma City, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Fort Smith area. Candidates should be comfortable traveling to multiple facilities as needed.
