Salary Range: $152,000$260,000 (Targeting below $170,000 to maintain internal peer alignment)

About the Role
This role leads an assigned product line, owning both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution. The Business Unit Manager drives profitability, identifies new product opportunities, and serves as the internal and external liaison for the product line while partnering closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and executive leadership.
