At Concho Hearts Hospice, we care for people with heart, purpose, and compassion. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and passionate Executive Director/Marketer to build and lead a new hospice location while serving your community with excellence. This is a unique opportunity to create your own team, develop strong community partnerships, and lead a hospice program that truly makes a difference in the lives of patients and families during one of life's most important journeys.
As Executive Director, you will oversee the overall management, growth, and success of your location ensuring high-quality patient care, strong operational processes, and meaningful community relationships. Our interdisciplinary team of Nurses, Aides, Chaplains, Social Workers, Volunteers, and Physicians works together to provide comfort, dignity, and support wherever patients call home. We are locally owned and operated, allowing us to deliver compassionate care quickly and personally.

Job Type: Full-Time.
Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year.
