  • Perform field measurements and resolve spatial orientation challenges.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, floorplans, and space layouts using tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Utilize ARCHIBUS or similar CAFM systems to manage space data and generate utilization reports.
  • Track and report on capacity, occupancy, and vacancy metrics.
  • Oversee execution of personnel moves, ensuring adherence to processes, timelines, and requirements.
  • Maintain and update planning and compliance documentation related to move activities.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders regarding move plans and status.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience supporting space planning, facilities planning, or move management activities.
  • Experience using ARCHIBUS or similar CAFM systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floorplans, and space layouts.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating occupancy and utilization data.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe tools.
  • Ability to travel as required, including periodic domestic and international (OCONUS) travel.

Desired:

  • Experience with strategic space planning and occupancy planning.
  • Experience supporting large-scale facility moves or government environments.
  • Familiarity with facilities management processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
