Center Manager
The Center Manager works collaboratively with center leadership on the supervision and direction of nursing care patient scheduling, according to center policies, procedures and objectives.
The Center Manager oversees all nursing activities during emergencies to ensure patient needs are met. Manages optimal patient and staff flow to prevent opportunities for healthcare acquired and surgical site infections. Analyzes clinical documentation to ensure Center's policies/procedures are followed. Supports and directs services provided based on policies and procedures, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. Observes universal precautions and infection control practices.

The Center observes the following paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Full-time and regular part-time employees may be eligible to receive pay for the holidays listed above. When holidays occur, full-time and part-time employees will be paid 8 hours for the holiday.
