The General Manager directs and coordinates all business activities of the CareMore Essentials Project to obtain optimum efficiency, maximize profits, maintain membership and sustain strong positive relationships with the Client, the Providers and the Community. He/She performs the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
