  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary product expert, providing guidance and clarification to development teams.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety Integration:

  • Ensure that product features and functionalities comply with relevant nuclear industry regulations (e.g., NRC guidelines) and internal quality assurance programs.
  • Integrate safety-by-design principles into product development, ensuring robust and secure solutions for critical applications.
  • Work with regulatory teams to support licensing and certification efforts related to the product.

User Experience & Feedback:

  • Champion the user experience, gathering feedback from internal and external users to iterate and improve product usability and effectiveness.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather post-launch feedback for continuous improvement.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the software or technology industry.
  • Demonstrable expertise in Jira administration and advanced usage for product management (e.g., configuring complex workflows, JQL, custom fields, dashboards).
  • Proven experience in bringing successful products to market.
  • Strong understanding of the nuclear energy industry and its regulatory landscape is highly preferred.

Skills:
