The purpose of the Air Barrier Sales Director role is to lead, manage, and execute the strategic brand positioning and sales activities for Stego's Air Barrier product line, defining where and how Stego wins in the market and ensuring disciplined strategic execution across teams. This role blends strategy, market development, and commercial execution, owning the full lifecycle from market insight and positioning (collaborating with Development) to project pipeline creation (collaborating with Pipeline Development) and revenue growth. The Air Barrier Sales Director partners cross-functionally to translate strategy into measurable outcomes focused on market share, growth, and brand leadership.

Your education, experience, competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- 7+ years of sales experience (required)
- Experience and relationships in the Air Barrier product category (required)
- Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing strategic go-to-market and market expansion strategies (required)
- Demonstrated track record of meaningfully contributing to profitability and market share growth (required)
- Construction, manufacturing, design, or technical experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce (strongly preferred)
Physical requirements:
- Ability to communicate frequently on a daily basis by phone or video conference
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and remain in a stationary position to work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Physical ability to travel to attend customer, team, company and industry meetings and events
Work environment:
- Work is performed in an office environment and on location with customers (which may include offices, warehouses/yards, and construction sites)
Travel required:
- Ability to travel to and attend team and Company meetings and events, including nights and overnight stays (approximately 10% of the time).
- Ability to travel to and attend customer meetings and events, including days, nights, and overnight stays (approximately 30% of the time).
- Ability to travel to and attend industry meetings, conferences, and events, including days, nights, and overnight stays (approximately 15% of the time).
