Typical Working Conditions: Working in an office environment. Occasional evening work.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree (MBA,MHA,MD,JD) or certification (CPA,CMA,CMPE) required.

Must be able to communicate effectively in a very professional and courteous manner.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Word processing/administrative skills, including written and verbal communication.
Ability to exercise initiative, problem-solving, and decision making. Must perform all job duties in an accurate, professional and expedient manner.
Experience managing maximizing the profitability of a medical practice.
Comfortable performing quantitative and analytical duties.
Ability to handle many projects at one time.
