Your Mission
Lead transformative changes across our newest acquisition and core operations. Build scalable processes, integrate technology, and drive efficiencyso that, within 12 months, you deliver a measurable increase in profit margin. You'll be the CEO's "wingman," with a clear path to President as you prove your impact.
What You'll Tackle
Accelerate the growth of our newly acquired control systems integrator through the design and implementation of scalable service business model that will drive profitability and operational excellence.
