Required Skills: A bachelor's degree and experience managing large projects of moderate complexity and risk. 20 years of experience in the environmental industry implementing South Carolina environmental programs Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies Knowledge of state government procurement regulations and processes Knowledge of state government fiscal policies, procedures, and processes
Preferred Skills: Proficient in planning, organizing, and managing strategic and tactical assignments and project management activities associated with state-wide enterprise and agency level information technology initiatives
