Be the GM's right hand

As an Assistant General Manager, you're an important part of the restaurant's leadership team.

You'll help:

• Lead, coach, and develop Crew Members and Managers
• Create a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for every customer
• Help the General Manager drive restaurant performance and business results
• Set goals, delegate responsibilities, follow up, and celebrate wins
• Develop future leaders and build a strong restaurant team
• Manage key restaurant systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Maintain high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety
• Identify opportunities and help create action plans to improve results
• Communicate goals and results with the restaurant leadership team
• Help create a positive, energetic environment where people enjoy coming to work

And when the General Manager isn't in the restaurant, you're the leader the team looks to.
