KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage an assigned caseload of medical/surgical patients across multiple diagnoses
  • Administer medications, perform assessments, and execute care plans per physician orders
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and escalate findings to the charge RN/physician
  • Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
  • Support safe patient-handling protocols and assist with discharge planning

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

  • Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
  • BLS certification current
  • Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience
  • EMR proficiency

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Charge experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
