In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliOversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction/liliManage the construction team/liliEnsure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements/liliEnsure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work./liliEnsure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc./liliPerform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief/li/ulh3Position Requirements/h3ulliHigh school diploma/GED/liliPrevious construction management experience/liliProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred/liliExcellent organizational and leadership skills/liliAbility to meet established production goals and maintain profitability/liliEffective written and oral communication/li/ulh3Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies/h3ulliExposure to extreme conditions such as heat/liliAbility to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)/liliAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights/liliExposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
