A bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred. A candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with families. This preschool is a renowned Early Childhood Education program with a Wonder of Learning foundation and an active learning approach. A leader in the franchised preschool industry, the preschool uses a professional approach to provide the highest standard in health and safety, to develop a life-long love of learning. The preschool faculty is made of caring and dedicated teachers who understand each child's needs. The faculty members are highly qualified childhood educators whose creativity and the state-specific learning outcomes serve as the basis for unique lesson plans brought to life in a fun and imaginative way. The ideal Enrollment & Engagement Coordinator is outgoing, organized, and able to create a welcoming and engaging experience for prospective and current families.
Enrollment & Engagement Coordinator responsibilities include: Some of the primary responsibilities included are but not limited to: Supporting enrollment efforts including managing inquiries, scheduling tours, and follow-ups Conducting engaging and informative school tours for prospective families Managing the admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrollment and maintaining accurate records Building strong relationships with prospective and current families Supporting onboarding of new families and ensuring a smooth transition into the school Assisting with family engagement and retention initiatives Assisting with community outreach efforts and building local partnerships Representing the school at events, open houses, and community activities Supporting social media updates, email newsletters, and communication efforts Assisting with planning and execution of school events and family engagement activities Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment Supporting the leadership team with reporting, documentation, and follow-up tasks
