Our client, a leading multinational multi-brand D2C e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is seeking a seasoned digital marketing expert to join our team as an Amazon Manager. This is a full-time, remote position dedicated to supporting the scaling and growth of our diverse Amazon brands.
In this senior role, you'll be responsible for the expansion of our brands and products on Amazon, leading a team dedicated to this task. Your responsibilities will include regular analysis of product performance, proposing enhancements to product listings and marketing tools (advertising, deals, etc.), and managing launch-related projects. Additionally, you'll be expected to troubleshoot issues, contribute to the overall sales strategy, and lead a team in these efforts.
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates initiative, possesses a strong ability to start and lead tasks with minimal guidance, and has exceptional analytical and project management skills. You should be capable of responding promptly to urgent situations, completing projects efficiently to meet company objectives, and have a proven track record in team management and leadership.
As an ideal candidate, you should be a proficient project manager, an effective multi-tasker, eager to learn, able to accomplish tasks independently, and adept at overcoming obstacles. Strong collaboration and communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding company goals are essential. You should also have experience in managing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
