Integrated Program Planner, Skunk Works - Level 5 | Lockheed Martin

You will be the Integrated Program Planner, Skunk Works - Level 5 for the Skunk Works Advanced Development Program which is responsible for delivering world-changing aerospace systems.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Integrated Program Planner, Skunk Works - Level 5 you will be responsible for translating mission goals into actionable schedules, ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery of advanced aeronautical projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Critical Path Methodology.
  • Integrate schedule impacts of proposed work across engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and quality functions.
  • Analyze schedule networks to identify gaps and recommend remediation actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timing, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Produce clear schedule artifacts with Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, Milestones Professional, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You are a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with deep expertise in schedule development and Critical Path analysis. Your strong communication skills enable you to partner across engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and quality teams. You thrive in dynamic environments, are comfortable with occasional shift work, extended hours, and travel, and you bring a relentless drive to deliver high-impact results.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.

Desired skills

Ability work independently and with a team. Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, or Business Administration Prior Aerospace experience Some history as a planning team lead and/or contract planner Specific experience with applicability to this position includes topics of: o Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis o Analyzing planning metrics and trends and implementing actionable improvement plans o Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration o LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media o Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills o Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation o Use of Microsoft Project o Use of Deltek Open Plan

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $128,400 - $222,640.
