- Proven sales performance you have a track record that speaks for itself, automotive or otherwise
- Management ambition you're not just looking for another sales job; you're ready to lead
- High character and coachability ego checked, growth mindset on
- Customer-first mentality you build trust naturally and it shows in your repeat business
- Self-motivation you don't wait to be told what to do; you show initiative every day
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
