The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing, community-focused healthcare organization seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical operations, provider engagement, and quality initiatives across an integrated care network. This organization serves approximately 13,000 patients annually, with a strong focus on improving healthcare access and outcomes within underserved communities. Many patients identify as Hispanic, and many prefer services in a language other than English. This is a highly visible executive leadership role combining both clinical leadership and patient care. Schedule Split 60% Administrative Leadership 40% Clinical Care The CMO will provide clinical care approximately 2 days per week while leading organizational clinical strategy, provider support, quality initiatives, and operational collaboration.
