If you thrive in outside sales, enjoy being in the field, and know how to turn strong relationships into long-term partnerships, we want to hear from you./ppAs our Business Development Manager, youll be the face of our company in the community and the connector between referral partners and our operations team./pulliBuild, develop, and maintain a targeted network of insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners within your assigned territory/liliConduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and check-ins to educate partners on our services and reinforce our value/liliIdentify and pursue new referral opportunities and key decision-makers in insurance and property management/liliCoordinate and host lunch-and-learns, CE classes (where applicable), and marketing events that strengthen relationships and drive referrals/liliRespond quickly and professionally to incoming referrals, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact through project completion/liliCollaborate closely with operations and project management teams to ensure smooth communication and outstanding service on referred jobs/liliTrack activities, referrals, and pipeline progress in our CRM and provide regular reporting and market feedback/liliRepresent the company at industry events, networking groups, and community functions to grow brand awareness and credibility/li/ulpProven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management (restoration, construction, insurance, or related industry experience strongly preferred). Existing relationships with local insurance agents, adjusters, or property managers are a major plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role with defined activity and performance goals. Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory daily.
