We're looking for a Director of HR-North America to lead and implement HR strategy and operations across North America by aligning HR programs with global goals and regional business priorities. Candidate will provide strategic guidance to site and functional leadership, oversee all HR sub-functions (talent, rewards, employee relations, compliance, and shared services), and foster an engaged and high-performing workforce. You will be responsible for coaching and mentorship to global Human Resources professionals and colleagues.
