The Project Administrator, Level I, will be part of the integrated research and development team and responsible for designing and developing solutions that exceed customer expectations. This position requires an individual who can work in a collaborative environment, applying military and commercial security protocols to aid with all design and development activities.
Drive execution of project deliverables to/through engineering project management teams
Monitor project schedule, coordinate travel to customer sites, and assist with customer data requests
Conduct and review analyses of part production processes, schedules, methods, and other data to better understand future requirements needed for customers' manufacturing processes
Lead project administration activities for manufacturing clients and their supply chain partners
Demonstrate a high level of organization and time management for project scheduling and execution
Coordinate manufacturing preparation for additive manufacturing projects
Perform accurate/ professional documentation and presentation of technical data, analyses, and reports
Review manufacturing instructions, methods, and processes to identify and improve customer efficiency
Develop process strategy documentation outlining the technical and process changes and analyses
Support active feedback between customers and the Engineering team to drive improvements
Partner effectively with our project/ program management, technical team, and customer to deliver according to agreed plans and schedules
2+ years related experience
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues as they arise and initiate corrective actions
Ability to manage deliverables and execute tasks with minimal oversight
Work with end-user groups to evaluate and solve technical problems
Demonstrated time management skills
Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively and work with business and technical stakeholders
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and influential skills
Availability for travel to customer locations as required; estimated at up to 10% - client dependent
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related Technical degree
Experience with commercial or military manufacturing
