We are a nationally accredited behavioral health group specializing in behavioral health and co-occurring issues. Our facility strives to provide the highest quality of care, using evidence-based treatment, medical staff, and licensed therapists. Our mission is to provide the best standards, practices, and quality available in addiction treatment.
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing general daily operations from an operations and administrative perspective. You will have primary responsibility for program operation, development and management of program activities for clients. You will oversee service delivery and maintenance of program integrity. A successful Program Director must have a broad knowledge of program management principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to interact with management, clients and staff. The goal is to ensure every service will be delivered substantially and add the highest possible value to the organization.
