VCCS is in need of project management services on a part-time/20 hours per week (max) basis. Majority remote (specific schedule is below) and occasional on-site meetings required. Local RVA candidates preferred. Duration: 6mo+

Pls note before submitting:
Part-time 20 hours per week max for duration of the engagement.
Hours needed: Monday through Thursday from 9am to 2pm (*candidate must be available during this time each week, but this can be remote).
Candidate MUST also be available for occasional on-site team meetings (with advanced notice).
The Project Management Team (PMT) primarily convenes in the mornings, and we are seeking a preferred candidate available from 9 am to 2 pm, Monday through Thursday (on remote basis).
On-site meetings may be necessary, with advance notice provided as required.

Day to day responsibilities:
As a part-time Project Manager for our PeopleSoft 9.2 HR strategic initiatives project and other HR-related endeavors, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables.
Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring resource allocation, and facilitating effective communication to drive the successful implementation of HR initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
Ideal candidate will have experience leading a project involving the HR PeopleSoft enterprise system. This experience MUST be clearly reflected on the resume with technical details included.
State Cardinal system experience is a plus.
Experience using agile project management methodology - required and must be clearly reflected on the resume.
Must have an active PMP certified. NO EXCEPTIONS! Pls upload PMP cert to confirm.
