This position can be located in our Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; or St. Louis, Missouri office. This is an in-office position, and not a remote position.
General Summary: The Civil Engineering Project Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning, coordinating, and executing multiple civil engineering projects from inception through completion. Reporting to a Managing Director or Director, this role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage teams.
The Project Manager monitors project schedules, budgets, invoicing, and overall performance to ensure successful, profitable project delivery. This position requires a high level of self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and the application of broad engineering knowledge across diverse civil engineering assignments.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position may include direct supervision of engineers, designers, technicians, and support personnel. Responsibilities may include performance management, task assignment, mentoring, and oversight of project teams.
