This role ensures smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service to help maximize hotel revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the hotel sales teamPrepare and distribute sales contracts, proposals, and confirmationsRespond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional mannerCoordinate group room blocks, meeting space, and event details with internal departmentsMaintain and update client information in the CRM systemAssist with site inspections and client visitsTrack sales leads, bookings, and follow-upsPrepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations as neededEnsure accurate billing, deposits, and contract complianceSupport marketing and promotional initiatives as requiredQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business degree preferredPrevious experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or customer service preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional appearance and customer-focused attitudeWorking ConditionsOffice-based with occasional interaction in guest areasMay require evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on business needsPerformance MetricsAccuracy and timeliness of sales documentationClient satisfaction and responsivenessSupport of sales team goals and revenue targets
