Job description
Pay: $27-$28/hourLocation: Whitehall, PAAre you called to provide compassionate spiritual care in a Christ-centered community? Fellowship Community is seeking a part-time Chaplain to support residents, families, and staff through meaningful ministry and presence.What You'll DoBuild relationships through resident visitation, counseling, and spiritual supportLead Bible studies, devotions, and monthly worship servicesParticipate in family conferences, funerals, and hospital visitationCollaborate with staff and contribute to a supportive, faith-driven team environmentDocument visits and assessments while helping shape and grow ministry programsSchedule14 hours per week, typically 2–3 daysRegular presence in the Manor with monthly teaching and worship leadershipWhat We're Looking ForOrdained minister (Bible Fellowship Church preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart for serving older adultsOrganized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable using technology for documentation and communicationCommitted to Fellowship Community's mission and RISE Core ValuesWhy Join Us?Make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents and familiesServe in a faith-based, mission-driven environmentBe part of a collaborative team that values compassion, respect, and excellenceAdditional RequirementsMaintain confidentiality, safety, and infection control standardsComplete required trainings and comply with HIPAA and regulatory guidelinesAbility to meet moderate physical demands, including walking, standing, and light liftingFellowship Community has agreed to comply with all the provisions of the Title VI of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of 1955 as amended in Section 504 of the rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 with regard to race, color, handicap, ancestry, national origin, age, sex, disability, or sexual orientation.
