The Vice President of Ambulatory Development is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and deployment of the health system's ambulatory strategy across all markets and clinical entities. This position serves as the principal architect and driver of ambulatory growth, access optimization, and service integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategic plan. This is a strategic and facilitative leadership role. The Vice President partners with operational leaders, physician executives, and service line leaders to translate strategy into executable initiatives that enhance ambulatory footprint, performance, and patient experience across the continuum of care.
