This position will support the ADP Senior Business Manager for Hypersonics, JADO/ABMS, Mobility I&D, and Skunk Works Integration as the Business Management Lead in the Special Projects area within the Advanced Development Programs Line of Business. Must be able to provide day to day support and leadership of Business Management initiatives. Successful candidate will possess broad financial acumen and will be required to support an expansive range of activities that span capture, execution, and contract close out, some examples include business processes associated with Proposals, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning, EVMS, Independent Cost Estimating and others. This candidate will lead the overall financial oversight associated with new and existing contracts ensuring the contracts have a sound cost / financial baselines, budget targets, conducting financial risk assessments and ensuring accurate financial forecasts. This position requires the ability to understand, create, report, and forecast Orders, Sales, Cash and Earnings. Must understand Return on Sales (ROS)/Return on Cost (ROC) and impact to the program. This position will also support the establishment of the program ground rules to support Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) planning and will support the submittal of contractual Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables including Cost Performance Reports (CPR), Contract Funding reports and others. Other responsibilities will include the identification of areas for cost improvement and support the implementation of recommended corrective actions, develop and monitor program termination liability and funding forecasts, and prepare and conduct Contract Status Reviews on program financial status. Communication skills; both verbal and oral, will be key to success in this position since this individual will be required to coordinate across multiple program and functional competencies. Experience in Return on Sales Assessment/Orders/Sales/Earnings/Cash assessment

Experience with LM Aeronautics business systems including Systems, Applications, Products (SAP), Deltek COBRA, Deltek Open Plan, Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR), Hyperion and others

Demonstrated Financial and Analytical skills.

Experience teaching and mentoring peers.

Must possess and execute strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.

Diligent and Proactive approach to problem solving.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exhibit a proactive, problem solving, cost conscious and company-focused mindset.

Experience interacting with company VP's, Directors, Managers, cross-functional peers, coworkers, and entire company personnel as a lead financial POC while working in a "team" environment.

Employee must be able to effectively handle and execute multi-task in addition to working special project assignments simultaneously.

Ability to work across organizational boundaries to ensure that program and company goals are achieved.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
