A well-established Pennsylvania-based behavioral health organization one of the largest providers of peer support services in the state is entering an exciting new chapter of growth following a recent acquisition. We're looking for a Director of Operations to lead on the ground: building operational infrastructure, standardizing processes, and driving new client onboarding as the organization integrates and scales.
