Job description

Facility Contractor Coordinator

Location: Irving, TX, 75038 Duration: 12-month extendable contract Shift details: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, opening, tracking, and closing work orders.
  • Checking third party service provider timecards, reviewing timesheets, and entering timekeeping data into cost tracking spreadsheets.
  • Creating purchase requisitions for materials and supplies needed by the maintenance team.
  • Serving as the central contact for onsite facility requests and ensuring timely, professional customer service.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Required Experience:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 4+ years (Business Admin exp - must have)
  • Facilities Exp (preferred)
  • Any work order management system

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in a facilities-related role

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Additional requirements: 4+ years experience required
