Job description

US Field Marketing Manager

Moloco builds some of the most powerful AI advertising solutions in the world. Our nameshort for "machine learning company"reflects our core mission: democratizing access to the advanced AI that has historically been reserved for tech giants. Led by machine learning pioneers who built some of the most successful ad systems at Google, including YouTube's monetization engine and key search advertising technologies, we're transforming how businesses grow and compete in the digital economy.

Built with AI from day one, Moloco's planet-scale machine learning platform powers a suite of solutions for advertising growth and monetization. Moloco Ads is an AI-powered platform that delivers real business outcomes for mobile app marketers through performance-based user acquisition. Moloco Commerce Media enables retailers and marketplaces to build revenue-generating ad businesses that balance user experience and advertiser performance.

Moloco is headquartered in Silicon Valley, with offices in Seattle, New York, San Francisco, Seoul, Beijing, Singapore, Gurgaon, Tokyo, Shanghai, London, Tel Aviv, and Berlin.

Moloco is at an inflection point. Strong growth and an expanding North American (NA) market are unlocking a new phase for the business, and field marketing is at the center of how we make that happen.

As US Field Marketing Manager, you will be Moloco's field marketing presence on the ground in North America (NA). You will own how we show up in market: executing flagship events, curated VIP experiences, and executive engagement programs that open doors with the most important buyers in our space. You will work as part of a tight-knit regional team and be responsible for bringing the NA market perspective.

This is not a role where you execute someone else's plan. You will have real ownership of the NA field calendar, of vendor and partner relationships, of executive engagement programs, and of how Moloco tells its story in the US market. And because you sit at the intersection of field experiences and account engagement, you will also contribute to the ABM motion, working with the Director of Revenue Marketing to activate field programs against priority accounts.

If you are someone who loves the craft of great event execution, thrives in fast-moving environments, is energized by being in the room with senior executives, and wants to grow into a broader strategic marketing role, this is the right next step.

The Opportunity:

Own NA Field & Event Execution

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of Moloco's field presence in North America: flagship sponsorships, curated dinners, VIP experiences, roadshows, and localized activations
  • Be the on-the-ground owner of the NA events calendar, managing timelines, vendors, venues, budgets, and on-site logistics with precision
  • Execute against the regional events playbook, bringing your knowledge of the US market to make every activation land with the right audience
  • Own the post-event process, ensuring CRM data, lead uploads, and sales follow-up triggers are completed within our agreed internal SLA's of every event, every time
  • Manage the RSVP and sales commitment process for dinners and VIP programs, tracking fill rates, flagging risks early, and coordinating go/no-go decisions with Marketing and Sales

Own Executive Engagement Programs

  • Play a central role in designing and executing Moloco's executive engagement programs in NA: curated dinners, intimate roundtables, and bespoke experiences targeting VP and C-suite decision-makers
  • Work directly with internal executives and senior sales leaders to shape the guest experience, narrative, and follow-up for every executive touchpoint
  • Build relationships with external executives and senior buyers through on-the-ground presence at events and activations you are not behind a desk, you are in the room
  • Travel regularly to key events and activations across North America to represent Moloco on the ground and ensure every executive experience lands as intended

Tell Moloco's Story in Market

  • Bring the NA market perspective to how we show up, contributing to decisions about which channels, formats, and activations resonate with US buyers
  • Support localized storytelling initiatives alongside the broader field team, from media sponsorships and thought leadership placements to partner activations and community presence
  • Contribute to the development of repeatable NA event formats and operational templates that can be scaled and refined over time

Support the ABM & Account Engagement Motion

  • Work alongside the Director of Revenue Marketing to activate field programs against priority NA accounts, translating account engagement strategy into on-the-ground moments
  • Coordinate field touchpoints for key accounts: targeted roundtables, executive dinners, and account-specific activations
  • Support account progression tracking and post-activation follow-up in Salesforce

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

Experience

  • 6+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing execution, ideally in tech, ad tech, SaaS, or media
  • A track record of owning and executing complex, multi-stakeholder events independently and to a high standard
  • Experience working directly with senior executives (both internal and external), and comfort representing a brand at the highest level
  • Experience coordinating with sales teams and understanding how field programs connect to pipeline and account relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Splash) and marketing operations basics
  • Exposure to ABM concepts or account-based field programs is a plus, but not a requirement

Who You Are

  • You take pride in flawless execution, nothing falls through the cracks, every detail is accounted for, and you hold vendors and stakeholders accountable
  • You genuinely love creating exceptional experiences for customers: you follow trends, anticipate what will excite and engage audiences, and thrive on delivering moments that stand out
  • You are comfortable and confident in rooms with senior executives (internal leadership and external buyers) and understand how to represent a brand at the highest level
  • You are excited by the prospect of travel and being on the ground at events and activations across North America; this role requires regular presence in market
  • You are a strong communicator who can manage up, across, and externally, with a manager based in London and a sales team that needs to be kept aligned
  • You are curious and proactive: you bring ideas, spot opportunities, and don't wait to be told what to do
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building; this team is growing and there is real scope to shape how things work
  • You are interested in how marketing is evolving: AI tools, intent data, and smarter ways of activating in market are things you want to learn and eventually own
