We are looking for a strong Onsite Validation Manager with a VEEVA background for GRASP Engagement.
Strong hands-on experience in the validation space
15-18 years of experience
Life science experience is mandatory
Validation experience in Veeva implementation (preferably VEEVA RIM) is mandatory
Plan and strategize on testing and validation activities
Hands-on experience in creating and reviewing IQ, OQ, PQ, RTM, 21 CFR Part 11, Validation Plan/Summary
Experience in usage of test management tools like ALM, JIRA
Strong project management skills
Strong people management skills
Strong communication skills and good in customer handling
Coordinate and channelize/route team members to appropriate PoC from the customer end & unblock any hurdles
