The primary responsibility of the Pharmacy Supervisor is to directly supervise the pharmacy technician and pharmacy support staff to ensure prescription orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner to achieve exceptional customer service to exceed company and customer expectations for our patients and healthcare providers. The Pharmacy Supervisor is also responsible for directing daily workflow, coordinate procedural changes, interviewing/hiring, evaluating & reviewing performance, coaching & counseling, disciplinary action and daily supervision of the staff to ensure that all store and company policies and procedures are followed. The Pharmacy supervisor is also responsible for assisting with the oversite of the entire pharmacy and supporting the team with all non-clinical colleagues support and direction.

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years leadership experience
- 5+ years experience in pharmacy, healthcare insurance or billing or a related field
- Current Pharmacy Technician Licensure and/or certificate per state or federal requirements or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft business software
Preferred Qualifications
- Current CPHT Certification
Education
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $85,068.00
