Job description

Lead Generator / Event Representative Company:

  • Better Bath Location: Local Home Depot stores near Concord, CA Pay: $22–$27/hour + Bonuses Stop looking for just a “job.” This is a performance-driven opportunity where your effort directly impacts your earnings.
  • Better Bath is looking for motivated, high-energy individuals to generate leads and drive revenue through retail partnerships and live events.

What You’ll Do Engage homeowners inside Home Depot and turn conversations into qualified leads Build relationships with Home Depot associates to generate referrals Set up and manage in-store marketing events Represent Better Bath at home shows and local events Track performance and consistently push to exceed goals What We’re Looking For Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Sales-minded with the ability to guide conversations toward action Self-starter who works well independently Competitive and goal-driven mindset Weekend availability (peak earning times) What Separates Top Earners High energy and confidence in fast-paced environments Resilience and ability to handle rejection Strong communication and quick thinking Consistent, results-driven work ethic Compensation & Benefits Base pay:
