The company is seeking both a Construction Manager and Assistant Construction Manager to support the execution of ground-up multifamily and renovation projects across its growing portfolio. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Development and Construction, these roles will play a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This position offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in all phases of constructionfrom preconstruction through closeoutwhile collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners across the Southeastern United States.
