Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals; collaborating with stakeholders across departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards; effectively managing technical projects; communicating with IT teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, executes, and delivers projects according to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Works with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinates and leads cross-functional teams, ensures effective collaboration and communication.
  • Monitors project performance, addresses challenges, and adapts plans as necessary.
  • Facilitates communication between technical and non-technical team members.
  • Conducts regular project reviews and provides updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensures proper documentation of project processes, lessons learned, and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certificates, licenses and registrations required:
    1. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is advantageous.
  • Computer skills required:
    • Database Software (PowerBI, Access, SQL.);
    • Development Software;
    • Spreadsheet Software (Excel);
    • Inventory Software;
    • Order Processing Systems;
    • Project Management Software;
    • Word Processing Software (Word);
    • Electronic Mail Software (Outlook);
    • Presentation software (PowerPoint);
  • Other skills required:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
    3. Experience in IT or technology-related projects is a plus.
    4. Familiarity with IT systems, software development life cycles, or automation tools is highly desirable.
    5. Proven ability to manage both technical and non-technical projects.
    6. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
    7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    8. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.
    9. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Teams, MS Project).
    10. Strong background in IT or technology.
