Qualifications/requirements include 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, engineering, commercial, or related roles within mining, construction, industrial, or capital equipment environments, progressive experience owning a product line or portfolio, strong strategic thinking and business acumen, deep understanding of product application in real operating environments, demonstrated experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in a global environment, experience driving disciplined execution through structured processes, governance, and operating rhythms, high level of emotional intelligence, operating effectively in complex, global, or matrixed environments, experience from mining, construction, industrial, capital equipment, or similarly complex product environments where lifecycle performance and application fit are critical, and a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
